How can I find correct module positions?

I keep trying to put stuff in module positions that are on the module map provided by Gavick, but I can't find those positions in there area where I select the positions.

For instance, on the module map there's a "Right-1" and "Right 2", but those aren't listed in the select position areas.

Also, the module map shows a "logo" position, but no such position exists in the select position area?

Does anyone know what's going on and how I can get to the logo module area.

Map show where logo is putted, but there is no logo position in positions. Right1 is right_left and Right2 is right_right. Same thing is with Left1 - left_left and Left2 - left_right.

Well, where does the main menu go? Because there's a main menu position on the module map, but no main menu in Positions.

With main memu is same as logo it only shows where we put mainmenu.

I also am a bit frustrated with trying to find module positions when the module map is incorrect. How are you placing the main menu? It does not seem to be in a recognized module position. Is it hard coded?

If the module map is outdated, how do we obtain a change list, or even better, an updated module map?

This is a huge problem for me as well. I just installed the Coffe template and when I tried to figure out how to assign my modules to their appropriate positions, I am finding the module map is incorrect. Can you please post a corrected module map in your demo please!
