not functioning in ie7

Hi,

The template works great in most browsers but in ie7 the logo disappears, the template is all misaligned and the drop down menu doesn't function, which renders the site useless. It says in the template details that the site should work in ie7 and above.

Can you take a look at my site and let me know how I can fix this issue. I will private message back-end and log-in information at your request.
