Problem install

Hello, after installing the template Penguin, the following error from the template manager:
JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
And not to change the parameters

I had also that issue.
But then I installed with the Pinguin Joomla! Install package, and now there is no issue.

I have the same problem quickstart in not a option. Please help

Solved with quickstart without installation folder
