Was not able to set admin user and pass, locked out

Hi, I did a quickstart install of 1.6 and was not able to alter the admin user name or password during install. It was greyed out but it looked like it was admin, admin

Now I am locked out of the backend.. Any idea what the default password is or how to change it?
