How to eliminate Font-bold for the paragraph?

Hi,

I am working on font types for my website, i am not too into code and i dont know how to eliminate this bold effect to my paragraph. Any font i use, i get a bold effect. I try to eliminate by code and i don t see any function about it. Can someone give me an help to eliminate the paragraph bold?
