How to set up print.css to get a nice printout?

Hi guys,

always fun to use a gavick template, but this time i need a few hints to get this done:

If i print out a text page like (in the demo)

http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/oct2010 ... &Itemid=61

with the browser print-function (not the joomla print-button) a get messed up printout.

1) firstly a blank page, seems that not all div-layers are display:none.

2) div layer with maintext stops at the bottom of page 2.

3) a blank page 3.

4) changing font-size in several css files wasn't successfully

- Where can i change the look of the printout?
- How can i set up that the text is fully printed?

it would be nice to get some help.
