Hi, I've checked this file in blackandwhite template and the template_name is correctly. Maybe you use quickstart with gk_sporter and after install gk_blackandwhite so the paths are from another template.

I used only quickstart with gk_blackandwhite.
I checked few minutes ago and this error is still on page in file gk_blackandwhite_quickstart_J!15.zip
gk_blackandwhite_rest_files_J!15.zip - here, this file is correct
