Cannot get pagination to work

First I would to thank you for a very nice template! I got one problem though at the site I am running: http://www.kransdraken.se

Under the menu item called "Blogg" (http://www.kransdraken.se/smyckesblogg) blog posts from av K2 category are being published. For some reason I can not get pagination to work. It should show up as there are more blog posts then being shown.

The menu item is K2: "Latest items from (one or more) users or categories". In the menu item itself in admin I can not find any relevant parameters. In K2 Categories under "Category Item layout" the following is set:

Pagination: Show
Pagination results: Show

But still no pagination to show older posts.

What am I doing wrong?

Please check if all the settings are set to show pagination. As far as I know K2 has it placed in caouple areas. Please also try to search for an answer on K2 forum.
