I have installed the quickstart version of this template. It seems all be ok. Only one thin will not work correct. If i choose in the menue "template"; "template articles" and then "messages" there is on the new page a part of the login- and the register-module visible. Its only a part. How can i get the hole modules visible?

You can see it at: www.c-schnitzler.eu.

Thank you for your help!

I don't know? When it is an customization problem, i don's know how i can resolve it.

I tried it tomorrow at my work. There are several Mac's and Windows PC. At all of them i have the same view, whether with msie, firefox or google chrome.

I am confused, however, that the view looks like on the demo site at the same www.gavick.com.

Now i have looked to my site with firebug.

In the html-section of firebug i find the entry
<div id="gk-popup" style="height: 0px;">

In the style-section there is the entry "element.style {height: 0;}

If the login- and the register-module will appear the height in both sections will change to 65px.
With this height i will see only the both words Login and Register with a line below.

If i enter manually 380px or auto i will see the whole modules until the register button on the right side (see the new screenshot below)

Anything may be wrong. But i don't know what i have to change.

Please help me ... Thankyou

Regards Clemens

Hi

I do not understand it at all. I've checked on Snow Leo, Leo and Tiger and under Win XP. Everywhere it's the same for Your site and the demo site on Gavick.

Maby You have some developer tool which is messing this up. It's really strange ;/

Hi

i believe it but i don't know why i get a wrong view. I test it at home with snow leopard, firefox, chrome and safari. With all browsers i have a wrong view. I test it at home with windows 7, msie 8 and firefox, there is the same. I test it at my work on 5 snow leopard workstations with firefox and safari there is the same too. I test it at work on 4 windows pc with msie and firefox. There is the wrong view too. I tried it at work with several machines running MAC OS 10.4.... with firefox and safari. There is the wrong view too.

At home i disabled and disabled all extensions and plugins for the browsers. After this i get this wrong view too. I get this view at the demo site on gavick.com and at my own site.

Although it may not be, because the view at your pc is correct, i tried it with an new installation of the quickstart-package from gavick.com. As expected, this resulted in no change.

I am sure a had seen the view at any time correct because these was the reason why i am choosing this template.

I will use this template and create another login capability. Maybe someday we'll find the reason for the wrong view.

Greetings
