imageshow is not working

Hi. I am trying to enable the imageshow module in the frontpage without success. I have tried enabling the "mootools upgrade" option in joomla administration without luck.

Any help? Thanks in advance!

Kalispera,

Try this:

In mod_gk_image_show module's Advanced Parameters turn the parameter 'Use Mootools' to 'Force disabled' and the parameter 'Use script' to 'Automatic'.

did you install any 3rd party plugins that could conflict with it...

please try to disable if so.

I think that 2.3.1 k2store system plugin can cause this problem with image show!?

I've solved that problem by enabling the plugin:
System - Mootools Upgrade

Thank you cubells for the quick response...Unfortunately, I've tried this with no success.
The wierd thing is that if I enable Mootools 1.2 from the News Show Pro module, then the News Show Pro module does not work.
Maybe this has to do anything with the imageshow module? Mootools conflict?

I was having a similar problem while trying to create private k2 articles. I made categories registered and was not able to view the thumbnails on the front page without logging in. Try checking your access levels in the article and on the category. Good luck to you!

Sorry if I confused you. I don't have problem with News Show Pro.
I just noticed that if I enable Mootools 1.2 for this module then all the animation is disabled (no js).
So, I think maybe there is a conflict between scripts that doesn't let Imageshow module to work properly?

It's working now. Some installing and uninstalling and it's ok, for now!
