Black and White template and weather module issue

Hi

the mod_gk_weather 1.3 module seems dead because Google stopped his weather service.
Could you tell me how can i get a similar module working with Joomla 1.5.2.3 ?
Your 1.6.1 version seems not working with Joomla 1.5.2.3
Can you confirm this ?

Version for Joomla! 1.6 will not work with 1.5. As you can read on our magazine article (in comments) http://www.gavick.com/magazine/weather-module-important-update.html

@dziudek we are too busy to support old extensions for unsupported versions of Joomla!. It is high time to upgrade your Joomla! also from the security reasons.

so there will be no new version of weather module for Joomla! 1.5
