How to Add Plus Symbol ( + ) & Minus Symbol ( - ) ? and bott

I want to ask again about virtuemart in Black & White Template... I get something problem about how to appear Plus Symbol ( + ) and Minus Symbol ( - ) in that button (brown button) that has function to increase or decrease product quantity...
and how you see the buy button
