How to Update template from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7

How to update the template with version 1.0.6 to version 1.0.7. Overwriting the new files over the old ones is not an update! Where can I see the delta? Where to find out which files were changed, and what does not? I have a website - aquaform.ru - were changing the template files 1.0.6. When copying files, change will need to make again, but it is time and money.

For upgrade please replace these files with the new ones:
- templateDetails.xml
- css/gk_stuff.css
- css/style1.css
