Basic Dumb question

It's probably me as I haven't done a site for over a year but I downloaded sporter to my computer and I try to load it onto this old site I worked on (a Joomla 1.5.23) and it says it's missing xml setup file?? Why can't I load any of my files onto my template manager? Am I that dumb?

I hope you solved this but if you didnt, you have to unzip the d/l zip. There is another zip file inside that zip, inside that one are setup files with the xml file.

Why they do this here i dont know but i hope that helps.

Install using the zip inside, not the original one you d/l
