Bullets Never Work With Gavick

My Bullets never work for me with gavick templates. I'm using sporter now.

I'm using FCK editor. I'd rather use FCE editor but in Gavick templates the background to the editor is black.

Have you gone to the JCE Administrator component in the back end, gone to the Configuration, and under the Formatting options, have you changed Use template CSS to No?
