Written by has disappeared from content

Since implementing sporter, the "Written by" text has disappeared from the content. At first I was not that bothered by it, but I have notice that our content in google news is no longer showing the authors name in google news. I assume this is due to the google bot not reading "By" or "Written By" the authors name.

I would like advice on how to re-add the "written by" text to all content.

Go to Article Manager. It is in Content tab of administrator menu. Then click Parameters. It is second icon from right under admin menu. Set Show for Author name and save.
