A more compact heading

Hi!

I want to make the top of the page more compact.

1. I would like to remove the row with the searchbox, but still have the row with the background.
2. I would like to reduce the space between the tabs and the content ("Coachtips" and below)

How can I do that?:unsure:

I have removed the tools section but I have problem with the heading the black space is to big. Sometimes it looks ok - and sometimes it freaks out, like below. What can I do? I have e-mailed two moderators on this forum my login, on their request, but no one has answered. :dry:

Please show me Your site. You want to remove this black background or to just make it smaller ?

This problem is only in Chrome. I want to make the space much smaller - and also would like to now how to remove it? Not sure - I must test and see.

Something I must add in the override.css?
