Sites CSS Problems

Hi,

I have a small issue with my site.

The address is www.bay.com.mt

I have the problem that on different browsers the site looks different. Can you please help me out ?

Also I have to enable cache plugin on joomla as the site was very slow to load and causing problems with hosting. Any suggestions on what to do ?

I only saw a small issue with ie7 on tabs modules.
To fix it, please add this code on ie.css file:

.gk_tab_ul-style1 li {position: relative;}

About the speed loading, you website have 3MB (with something like 2.7MB on cache)
I considerate heavy weight, but i did open the page quickly...

The problem I mainly have is on firefox, When I enable system Cache plugin I loose my flash header and banners and also the font script.

Can you help me on this ?

I am noticing that the css problem occurs only when i try to access the site from the address.

For example if I go www.bay.com.mt the site wont work correctly then if i press the home button the site works ok.

Any news on this please ?
