looking for header <head> in index.php

Hi,

I am looking for the header tag <head></head> to embed some flash code, but I cant
find it.

Usually its in the index.php as far as I know, but it is not there.

Where can I embed my code, what file is responsible for the header tags??

In templates based on t3 framework you can find <head> section in file default.php (template_folderlayouts).
