Newbie questions

Hi,

I´m a newbie user in the joomla. I have some questions:

1 - How do I make my layout be the same as the one in the demo example:

My page: http://esportesdeaaz.com.br/pastateste/ ... Itemid=123

2 - How do I make the picture smaller and the text going besides the picture.
