question about sporter template

i want to know if you can help me in this matter i have sporter installed in my website ans my hosting company makes me buy a dedicated server because they said index.php is consuming too much server, i feel that my webpage is very slowly in the last days, is there any way to check if i have someting wrong with the index.php in sprorter? my website is mocaelectronica.com. thanks all my webpage work fine if i test in the same server..

You can try optimize your website loading time. On template parameters you will find some options to do so.

Also, Google "test website speed" and you will find some solutions that will provide you a report. For example: http://websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/

I don't know who's your host provider and their quality services, so i can't make any judgement (and honestly, it's not my intention), but for me this comes from host side.
