It might be from .htaccess.
Check your SEO Settings.

Or send me admin access

I have seen what was possible to check and i can't imagine any reason for your problem besides corrupted, missing or wrong permissions on files. From administrator side, joomla can perform some tasks.

I recommend that you create a new installation for testing on same domain/sub-domain.

By the way, i disable "Gavick News" on PhotoSlide component administration. It was creating other problems.

Is this other website on same host?
If so, this is definitely problem from your host side.
Check files permissions.
Basic idea is this:
/directories = 755
files = 644

I tested other domains and they all have the same problem when I raise a site with Quickstart, so I gather it is a mistake in the configuration of you. you got any ideas that might be? I use php5

I didn't reference different domains, but different host server.

Sorry but i still keep that it's from your server side (permissions problems).
Actually, if you search our forum, no one is having this problem, so by part exclusions it's consistence that the problem is on your host. ;)

My quickstart worked great. the only problem with the installation was my own ignorance setting up and being unfamiliar with MySQL. I still don't understand it but I learned what needed to be done to get it to work. I know that probably doesn't help with your installation problem.

the problem is because I use php5. I can configure php4 to work properly with joomla admin but when I see the page I get this error. Can you help me?
