Just cant get it installed... Bit of a loss here.

Hi there,
Im a newbie to joomla but been programming for years. I cant seem to get the template working or any information on how to install all the plugins etc.
I think you assume that everyone knows how to do this as the instructions are not too clear.

As you can see there is very little on it bar the template. I would really like to know how to get things going and what other plugins I need to get it to look like the demo.

to get it look like the demo, please download the quickstart, and then upload that. the quickstart contains joomla + demo data + template just like you see on the demo...
