New To Gavick, but not Newbie

OK. This may be a simple question, but how do I get my articles on the front page?

I created an article and placed it in the front page of the Main Menu of the following site:

http://football4charity.com/

However, there is nothing there. In addition to no article, I have the footer language below the Main Menu and a T3 logo, which I would like to remove.

Thank you in advance for your help. I love the styling of the Gavick themes, but they seem like they have a much larger learning curve than the [..]that I have been using.

I had the same problem, and the solution is almost mind-numbingly simple. Login to the Joomla Backend of the site, under the extensions tab click on "template manager". Select Sporter, under the "Presets" Tab, in the template editor there is a button titled, "Show Main Body on Front Page". Turn this on, this will render the content you created for the Frontpage. Then open the "Features", under this section, there is a button to turn the T3 Framework Logo on and off, as well as, an area to edit the footer text.
