Hi

I can only imagine that you have another language installed on joomla (perhaps your native language) and you have it enable as default. So even if you change on en-GB.tpl_gk_sporter.ini, naturally it will not have effect on frontend. It will only show "YOUAH"

If you want to create file to your native language support, you can see instructions on the Sporter HelpFile.

Did you change the template name ? (let's say from gk_sporter to something more suitable to your site name ?)
