Typo Correction in Quickstart

Just a small typo pickup the module/menu from the front of the quick start site

"Categorys" should be Categories

LOVING the template. Thanks so much to everyone who worked on it. My first Gavick template and I couldn't be happier with the design and the extensions. I'm pretty much copying the quickstart layout for my existing site and will make mods later. Good job.
