In IE7 can't use editor (admin sporter)

Hi, when I'm using IE7, I have no possibility of using an editor when I'm publishing an article. This is a problem because I don't have knowledge of HTML.

This is only in IE7 and lower..! What can I do to resolve this, except using another browser, because it is not allowed to and impossible to install another browser. The computer is from my work...
