Alignment drop-down menu on the left

Hello,
I have a small problem with my menu ...
I wish the menu that takes place below or on the left, not right as it becomes invisible and out of some resolution of the screen.
Another problem: I was not able to display only the first two level menu. The whole is always displayed, regardless of the type selected in the options menu of the template.
