Photoslide issues related to Quickstart

Using the photoslide in my test site here: http://www.joefreelance.com/perrymockup and the photoslide works ONLY if you have the Module Style set to "Template Style" if it's set to anything else, no images get loaded.

Looking deeper into things, it appears that the photoslide GK IMAGE SHOW Module didn't really get installed. When I go to the Extensions > Modules Manager, the Gavick Image Show isn't listed as it is in the documentation.

Any ideas?
