Template update definative help

Can you please give a straight answer to the question how can you simply update a template.
I have read some of the threads regarding updates and the members have to ask the same question over and over again.

it's been covered 200 times..

copy over the new files located in the template folder. in the update site it shows which files is updated...

i suggest everyone to enable override.css and make all css changes here, this way you can update without loosing the custom changes.

You have confirmed there is a need for a help file if you have been asked the same question 200 times.
