Newsflash style { SOLVED }

'Hy Guys ... I'd like to do another page like:
>> Joomla! pages III >> Section blog
{You can see it in the demo}

I made already 4 new articles and a blog-menu but the problem is that I do not know how to publish a content like "Welcome to Joomla" ...

I only have my for "newsflash" ...
Where should I put the upper content ??

this is 5 articles, and the blog layout set to 1 leading and 4 intro in 2 columns...
