Serious template issues

I have noticed the search on jomsocial is squeezed to the right on the home page in this template for j16 and you can not type in the box. here is my url: http://www.swaggakings.com/j16/swagga-k ... ction.html how can we fix this?

I checked on my FF and I don't see any problem. Can you be more specyfic ?

U will see the issue in the right have corner. I ttok the screen shot from FireFox so that u can see it doesnt work there as well. the search is all cramped and u cant type in it.
