unable to upload template 1.7 error - unable to find install package

I am having issues trying to upload this joomla version to Gamebox Magazine and keeps coming up with teh above error - not being abe to find the install package in the file

Are you installing new or are you updating your template version.

If its second one backup your templates folder and then just extract the contents of the package and upload and overwrite your old template files.

Just make sure you copy language file en-GB_tpl_gkgamebox.ini ( not folder ) from new package into "joomla roottemplatesen-GB"

I'm installing new template not over old one

Can you double check you have downloaded the right package for correct joomla version.

yes have downloaded correct package for joomla 1.7 gk_gamebox_J!17.zip

If your website is online can you send me an admin access and i ll have a look normanuk at live.co.uk
