how to update safely ?

Hi all

I use StoreFront template and I would like to update my template to the last version 3.18.

I cant find a tutorial explaining how to update ?
what file should I choose, and how to send it to the website?

You can update as any other template, or simply unzip template zip and replace all template files via ftp. Just remember if you did any changes in override.css - backup it first.

My website works perfectly that is why I dont want to a stupid error, so just to be sure .. should I use :

gk_storefront_rest_files_J!3.zip
or
gk_storefront_quickstart_J!3.zip
or
gk_storefront_J!3.zip

then I will use the Extension Manager to update the template.

gk_storefront_J!3.zip is the file with the template (installable).
