I have seen this problem on the forum before, but the solution provided there do not work, and the module versions have changed so pls help.
I have this site: http://romanulfinanciar.ro/ and in google searching for "romanul financiar" shows a link from image show instead of site description. I have updated to the latest version of image show and applyed the solution from here: https://www.gavick.com/forums/bikestore-joomla25/google-search-meta-description-not-recognized-24475.html, but the problem is still there. (for some reason i don't think the overide.css solution is good because the suffix does nothing for the module i created...it still shows it if i publish it). So please help....

Hello,

Google bot decides automatically if the meta description will be used or not - you cannot influence it. In your case you have to put more raw text before the slideshow - then this text will be displayed in the SERP.
