Crash and appear the error page

Hi,
when I publish the module in my site, it goes in crash and appear the error page with message code
1064

How can I do?

Hi,
hmm... hard to say.
1) Did you updated it today/yesterday before crash ?
2) Did you upgrade you Joomla from 2.5 to 3.2 lastly ?

Right now I suggest :
1) Uninstall it from Extenstion Manager
2) From our site download new version - for your Joomla version !!
3) Check again
