Recovery password does not work in Cloudhost template

Hello,
the recovery password does not work. The recovery code is sent, but after i submit the username and the code, the same page is loaded, and a new email with password reset link is not sent anymore.

I figured it out. It works with username, but not with the email address in the username field.

Hi

Please try rename /HTML/com_user to /HTML/_com_user to disable template code for this function. If this will not work still than problem may be joomla itself.
