Hello,

Is there a zip file/git resource of the CSS files that are common to all Joomla templates? For example, I was testing gk_storebox. The products page displays categories in 2 columns. On mobile devices it did not scale properly to a single columns. I searched these forums and the WIKI for a solution, found it, then implemented it in mobile.css/tablet.css. This took 4 hours.

It occurs to me that these files/solutions are common to all Gavick templates and if I could download patches & current revisions as they are made I could better keep my site current and compatible before I have to start searching for specific solutions. I think there are a couple more files that are not template-specific that could be included. Again, is there a zip file/git resource of the CSS files that are common to all Joomla templates that could be used to patch sites for common style problems as they are developed? In essence pre-release patches.

Sure thing! I just installed the quickstart for Magazine, Storebox, and mSocial for example. Two of these have the K2 2-column category bug on a mobile phone:

http://98.208.10.231/gk/storebox/index. ... en-fashion

Documentation where Cyberek and enamediahawaii solved the problem for bikestore responsive template already exists here:

In the msocial quickstart I found @media was used in mobile.css and there were no responsive problems in msocial. I think it would be good if all of these parts of the Gavick framework were standard components. Especially so they can be back ported to templates like magazine, bikestore, storebox, etc. I guess that was the idea behind using LESS. Any idea what happened to that?

I'll add this fix for the list and it will be included in next Gavern version.

I don't think it is possible, every product is different and there is no way to make general styles for all products.
