Subject: PROBLEM WITH TEMPLATE DOWNLOAD

I have just installed the league news template on my site but have 2 problems.

First I cannot access my site by just the url www.jumpingnews.com

I have to enter the following http://www.jumpingnews.com/admin/gk_lea ... kstart_J30

Also the site seems to have a major error with the following message displayed all over the pages

strict Standards: Non-static method NH_GK4_Utils::cutText() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/j560505/public_html/admin/gk_league_news_quickstart_J30/modules/mod_highlighter_gk4/helper.php on line 137

Please help :)

It seems that You have uploaded quickstart package to wrong place (should be the root of site, not admin/gk_league_news_quickstart_J30/.
And if it goes to errors - during installation, was all requirements met correctly?

Thanks for reply Cyberek
Can you tell me how do I upload the package to the root of the site?

Regarding the errors, yes I think all the requirements were met correctly but I still have the problem with the following text repeated all over the pages,

strict Standards: Non-static method NH_GK4_Utils::cutText() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/j560505/public_html/admin/gk_league_news_quickstart_J30/modules/mod_highlighter_gk4/helper.php on line 137

Please ask your hosting company support for help.
Also, what version You have chosen? J2.x or 3.x?

Version 3.x I
so you think it is a problem with the host and not with the download?

I made sure to instal it at the root public_html

Download are 100% working, I have checked them few minutes ago.
Its more like a problem with knowing what to put and where. If Its 3.x - when You will try to put files over ftp again and run installation again, please check if all requirements are green like on this screen:
Image.
Also quickstart after installation will not show any errors, you are first person who reports such thing, what suggesting individual hosting problem than a problem with our packages.
