What about SEO - Scripts and CSS

Hello everybody!

I am now trying to improve my SEO and the main problem that google found in my site is related to the template desing

Aparently there are many css and scripts that need to be charged and google doesnt like it. Are there any of them that could be exlcuded

Guys the second problem i found is this one! Any suggestion?
