My "main menu" does not work on the main page

I do not speak English. I use GoogleTranslator. I have problems with "main menu" on the home page (index, home). My "main menu" does not work on the main page. My "main menu" works perfectly on other pages (see an example http://usearacatuba.org/site/index.php/ ... o-loureiro). See in http://usearacatuba.org/site/. Can anyone help me? Eu não falo inglês. Eu uso GoogleTranslator. Eu tenho problemas com "main menu" na página inicial (index, home). Meu "main menu" não funciona na página principal.
