I want to Cancel My subscription, what is the process??

Dear Guys @ Gavik,

I do not want to continue with my subscription to Gavikpro, my subscription is until October 06th, 2013, I sent a ticket to sales and billing, do I need to do anything else??

and Does the subscription renew automatically?? because I do not want to be charged anymore.

I tried to cancel and get a refund, as I did not like the way that the templates get installed and uncompressed, I really wanted to purchase a template, not have a never ending subscription for a template that I would depend on.

Please let me know if I need to do anything else,

Thank You , and sorry for this But I wanted something else, Keep up the good design , Your Templates look great , and I know that You need to protect them, but I do not like Your sale mechanism. Best of Luck!!!

This kind of cases should be send to the mentioned department. We are not storing your credit cart number so we cannot charge you without your agreement.
