Hosting CPU usage

I have a website with joomla 2.5 quickstart (Black & White
eCommerce & furniture). From hosting me say that I have a high CPU utilization. The site is under construction and I have offline. It may be some plugin? As detected?. the installed plugins are:

Hi,
Time to change hosting company.
I have never heard that website uses too many CPU before real start.

Think, what would be after you will publish it, probably they will disable your site after few messages!
