Hi im having issues installing 2.5 and 3.1 templates. I receive the message: Fatal error: Class 'JConfig' not found in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/churchonflorida/includes/framework.php on line 56

and when ive finished install the configuration file isnt added, just wondering if this is a xampp issue or mysql or gavick?
