remove "folder image" above the page,

I usually set link for "main menu" for category view but every time it always show this image on top of the page. could anyone help? thank you in advance.

Hi,
you have to disable showing category name and icon.
Go to Free & Easy K2 category, look at the right side where are settings
k2-hide-category-icon.png
