sites being hacked

can someone please help me.

my sites are being hacked and malware and trojans are being inserted. im not sure how. yandex and google have blacklisted my sites and i can not find the malware or fix. PLEASE HELP!!!

There can be a lot of reasons in this case - wrong permissions, old Joomla version, old extensions version. I recommend to make an audit using myjoomla.com

my site is updated, so is all extentions.

the file infected is php.php . it is infected with PHP/Rst.s Trojan.

antivirus will only quarantine file. how do i clean this file?

You should check all files for the infections - the best way is run a security audit of your website to find all virus code. You can use i.e. myjoomla.com
