website loading too Slow for the first time

I moved the best to few hosting companies and I noticed that Something wrong with the loading as it take a minute to see something on the browser once it is loaded then it is fine..

no improvement

even turned on CSS compression and JavaScript Compression no use at all

Hi,
I saw it too, that can be few reasons.

1) Weak server
2) Did you enabled gzip in Global configuration
3) Check with http://gtmetrix.com/ - it will give you few tips

With the javascript enables site is 960kb and loads in 9 sec. If i diable site loads in 2,20 but size i doubble.

Strange stuff.
