Unable to install gk_news_quickstart_J!3.zip

Please excuse my ignorance. I'm a newbie.
I'm trying to get my website to look like http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/news/

I downloaded 3 files for gk_news.
1. gk_news_rest_files_J!3.zip (What is this file? Do I need to install it?)
2. gk_news_J!3.zip (I installed this one successfully but there is no data)
3. gk_news_quickstart_J!3.zip (I tried to install this and get the following error:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home2/tuepham/public_html/tmp/install_51c56547626f3/gk_news_quickstart_J30/installation/cache

Message
Installing file was successful.

Can someone help or point me to the right direction?

Please see following documentation. Procedure is same way for Joomla 3.x

1. gk_news_rest_files_J!3.zip
This file is only required if you are installing template only not quickstart package.
2. gk_news_J!3.zip
This is template only file, data is only available in quickstart package.
3. gk_news_quickstart_J!3.zip
Quickstart package is not installable from admin panel. Quickstart packages contains joomla itself and template files and data to make it look like the demo. It is a standalone installation package and you install it just like you would install joomla itself.
