Problems with GK eSport template

hi Guys,

I installed GK eSport template.
And i need your help in customizing.

Site is not published yet. I am working locally.

Note:
Joomla that i downloaded and installed was already
Russified - may be because of that some components are not working properly. I need my site in Russian language.

My questions\problems are:
1) Pop-up window did not appear after clicking 'Add to Card' (in my site - this functionality in Russian)
2) When registering login - after clicking Register - > it says:
Unable to call the mail.
3) How to add social Social Network Icons in bottom of site (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, and Vkontakte)
4) How to make optimization of site. It is slow.
5) Is it possible to functionality of ORDER - > option when buyer pays money on delivery of product.
6) Can I change the font of menu of green to black e.g, how can i change the logo?

I created my post yesterday - why nobody answers to me from Support Desk?
