Hi

It can be done a lot easier :) You just need to install our template to the current site and simply reposition module and copy it's settings as in the demo. For copying purpose You will need to install quickstart in subfolder and compare an acctual settings.

Ok. At first when I read Your post I was thinking that You were trying to install a quickstart package. I'm glay You've managed to make it :)
